Yeesha has worked within the pharmaceutical and device companies for over 15 years in different disease areas including oncology, infertility, pediatrics, urology, gastrointestinal and diabetes. Currently, she works full-time in the reimbursement and government affairs arena where she helps patients gain access to a revolutionary way of glucose monitoring.

Research Interests and Expertise

Her research interests lies within cost-effectiveness analysis and network meta-analysis, where it would help decision makers and clinicians make informed decisions. Yeesha graduated with a PhD in 2018 and her thesis was on cost effectiveness of osteoporosis treatments in helping to reduce the risk of fragility fractures in patients with prostate cancer on continuous androgen deprivation therapy. Her supervisor was Dr. Murray Krahn.
