Dr. Savtaj Brar is a surgical oncologist at Mount Sinai Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto as well as a THETA collaborator.

Dr. Brar received his MSc in Health Economics, Policy and Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science.Publications

Research Interests and Expertise
Dr. Brar's research interests include the design and conduct of economic evaluations in surgery and measuring health system performance for cancer care. His clinical research is focused on outcomes for patients with gastrointestinal cancer and surgical decision-making.
