Seleman (Sully) Reza, BSc, BA, MSc (c)

Position: Masters student in Health Outcomes & Evaluation, Health Services Research, Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation

Education / training: Seleman received his BSc and BA from the University of Waterloo. His previous employment includes working for Hamilton General Hospital to improve outcomes for patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacements. Additionally, he has had co-op placements with Defence Research and Development Canada, and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research as a research assistant.

Research Interests: Seleman's research interests focus on investigating the health and economic outcomes of transcatheter procedures for structural heart disease.

Areeba Asghar, BSc (c)

Current Position: Research Student

Supervisor: Dr. Lusine Abrahamyan

Education/Training: Student in the Bachelor of Health Sciences program at McMaster University with an expected graduation in 2022.

Research Interests: Areeba's research interests lie in cardiac health and improved access to healthcare amongst communities.
